A quick rundown

This platform publishes weekly written updates on the bridge-building partnerships made between Africa and its Diaspora. Despite the fact that Africans living in a country other than their birth, both within or without the continent, number over 30 million, we still lack the hard data and definitive stories required to locate the pulse of the global African Diaspora. This imbalance becomes more acute once you remember that another 200 million afro-descendants live across the Americas, the Caribbean and Asia.

Use this site to gather fresh insights and takeaways today about the Diaspora of Africa. My specific focus is on the business, economics and tech driving this international community to finally rekindle or reinforce their connections to the continent. Everything worthwhile that I find is published on here, including info about government policy, business dealings, tech start-ups, cultural and social events, and real eye-opening data.
